In the General Sessions Court of Wayne County, Tennessee

ORDER

This cause came to be heard in the General Sessions Court of Wayne County on motion of the State of Tennessee / Defendant, after due consideration of the circumstances of same,

IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED ADJUDGED, AND DECREED THAT

Both matters concerning Laura H Fitterman will be reset for Dec. 11^th 2007. Ms. Fitterman would as a condition of her release, shall not have in her care, custody, or control, any animals until these matters are settled. Defendant is to inform a State Chartered Humane Society of the location, if known of animals removed from property since Saturday Nov. 24^th, 2007, when investigated by Tennessee Agriculture Agent in accordance with 39-14-210. Animals on property in question shall be turned over to Humane Society for further custody pursuant to TCA 39-14-210 (F). Humane Society representative shall not dispose of any animals until further orders of this court. Defendants bond is set at $2,500.00
